By creating an account or using Efikas Finance Tracking you agree to these terms.

The service

Efikas Finance Tracking helps you record and understand your own finances. It is a tracking tool, not financial, tax or investment advice, and projections are estimates that are not guaranteed.

Your account

Keep your password private and give us accurate details. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the accuracy of the records you enter.

Free trial and subscription

New accounts get a 14-day free trial. After that the full app needs a subscription: KES 100 per month or KES 1,000 per year, paid by M-Pesa or card. Plans do not renew automatically; you choose when to pay again. If your plan lapses the app becomes read-only, your data is kept and you can renew at any time. Payments are not refundable except where the law requires.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other people's data, interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful activity.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (see account deletion). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made using the app.
